Decent experience with Clarins
I ordered the Multi-Active Day Cream and a Lip Comfort Oil. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in California, which is pretty standard. Packaging was secure, nothing was damaged. I got the standard free samples which were a nice touch, a little sachet of something I think. The day cream itself feels good on my skin, not too heavy. The Lip Comfort Oil is also nice, not sticky at all. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment on that. Quality of the products seems high, as expected from a brand like Clarins. It was a good first order.
Good value for serum
